Does anyone know what exactly the Accuracy SA gives? For Specter weapons, it gives 7.8 Accuracy. Comparing that to the 180 P. Accuracy that I, a dagger, have, 7.8 doesn't really mean much. Please explain. :)
It's a fixed addition to your base accuracy, if I'm not wrong (meaning, it isn't influenced by your buffs). It's practically garbage.
Is "base accuracy" the same as P. Accuracy and/or M. Accuracy that are listed in the character menu? If it is, I totally agree. 7.8 is garbage. I'm hoping it might include skill accuracy including blow rate, etc.
It might interesting end game to see how evasion and accuracy matter, imagine if you are trying to kill daggers and keep missing, so don't call it garbage just yet... Sorry I don't know the stats...
