Isn't the limit of Declared at the same time war 5 or close?
And people have many alts...
I foresee most clans will go for money and I will go for PK without penalty ^^

Well, as we are talking about PKs here, it does not really matter if he flags or not. If the other person fights back, than it is not a PK anymore, and if he does not, then he does not need to worry about being flagged :)

I think there may be some thought involved about killing afk players from dark castle owning clans - possibly afk XPing players....

Although that makes sense it doesnt say that in the official patch notes. Guess we will find out when people starting PK'ing castle holders.
