The weapon choice doesn't change as you level up. If you want great M.atk, 2-H Staff (Retributer) with empower and your element. If you want less M.Atk, more speed and/or MP Regeneration, 1-H magic sword or staff (Buster or Caster) with acumen/empower with the element you use, and a sigil.
2-handed sword with focus and dark element
Congratulations. 5,944 posts of pure nonsense and flood, I suppose?
People need to stop answering questions they don't want to answer. -.-'
How does one get to 95+ without understanding basic game mechanics?
I think Belophan actually knows the answer to the question, but wanted to poke some fun at the lvl 95 guy who got there without understanding his class at all. Who knows, maybe the guy went out and bought the weapon he suggested? That would be hilarious.

Only an idiot will take Empower over Acumen as an SA and if you get a second SA, Mana Up is still better than Empower.
Belophan knew the answer, it's just dumb to ask something that's pretty constant. I don't understand why we even get "what to equip" questions in these forums these days since unless there is a major revamp of something it will always be the same answer - Search DOES work...
The Mana Regen from a Sigil is ignorable.
Retributer is pretty much Always better than a 1H and Sigil unless that 1Hander is OE'd.

From what I'm told, 1 handed w/ sigil is actually better overall dps than the 2 handed retributer. There is less of a dmg variance with the 1 handed sword and then the matk bonus from the sigil. The retributer is still higher matk, and more dmg on some hits, but over the course of a fight or an xp round it's less dmg. I'll add that I have not tested this, but I think Shinn did last update and some ppl in clan also said the same.
Well, what about people who reach max cast speed with Iss buffs, why should they take acumen ? :)
Oly fights? It's the only instance I would think of using Acumen as a SA for weapons.

They can still take Mana Up and have a much more useful SA if they truly feel they don't need the casting speed. But there are many situations where that casting speed is very useful. I don't really want to delve into it here. Someone your level should have already encountered many of them to begin with...
Taking mana up became kinda pointless, because they reduced the Ultimate Body to Mind cooldown to 15 seconds (unbuffed), just checked it a few minutes ago.
So acumen seems to be the only viable choice for feohs at the moment.
You have mana barrier, so mana up has PvP uses. More mana = more time to kill the other person with damage reduction/reflect damage before you can't cast any longer, and for PvE mana up has obvious benefits (bigger mana pool, more MP from herbs compared to someone without Mana Up SA, etc.).
I said take Mana Up as a second SA, and only as the first if you truly feel you don't need the casting speed from Acumen.
Personally I'd take Acumen then add Mana Up as a second SA. Empower pretty much doesn't exist to me. It's that bad. Empower has pretty much always been useless since shot spamming became the norm. If it was a % M.Atk increase it would scale, and that would make it significantly better than it currently is.
But trading 15% casting speed for that amount of M.Atk is pretty much always a dumb choice. The other SAs are simply better :P
