Due to technical issues involved in the Goddess of Destruction: Tauti launch, the Auction House is being disabled on all servers until a fix is received.
The issue is that prices are not displaying correctly. To avoid the possibility of players purchasing items at misleading prices, it was decided that the safest course of action is to make the Auction House unavailable by removing the Auction House NPCs from the server. The Auction House system and all items currently registered on it will remain intact. When an item's registration period runs out during this time, the item will be mailed back to the character as normal.
This is a priority issue and a hot fix is being prepared but at this time there is no ETA as to when the issue will be fixed. As soon as more information is available you will be updated. Note that, if a fix is received before the next weekly maintenance it will involve a hot fix emergency server maintenance. If this happens, maintenance notices will be given.

As this situation is only recently developed and we are still in the process of handling it, I can't say if we can or cannot help in this kind of situation. It's always worthwhile to ask the support team. As Laby suggested, contact the support team (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/) and explain the situation.

I just bought a polearm grade R in auction house and the value was reported for 60k adena, checked several times to make sure that it was scam and the window to complete the purchase showed <60,000 adena>. When I looked in my inventory after purchase, cashed out more than 200kk of Aden. Soon after the auction house crashed and will not work anymore. I wonder if I mistaken or is a bug in the new version and in case of bug, I'll be in prejudice or some action will be taken by staff?

If you filter the item by lower price (click in price column) and buy item, after the buy process the filter is disabled and you need apply then again.
Yesterday I buy lots of crystals @ 4million and every time of buy I need apply the filter again because the top 10 items on list is a scam cry @ 4billion.
I believe in lots of people in this scam due to this problem.
Is possible apply filter and keep the filter again after buy item?

I have problems (bug) in game when i buy in auction hause items (TW Breastplate (3x 120 ele)) i see prize for items only 900 adena, so i buy it, but when i buy i lost from my inventory 900 milions, no only 900 adena. So i lost my adena, bicouse this bug and i want my adena back. Can any GM do with this somethink and give my adena back?

No that's just someone saying it's 30 adena on their sign above them when in reality in the shop they put it as 300 mil as a scam. That's not a bug, but beware people run scams like this. They will manipulate the number of items as the price and vice versa to trick you when you aren't paying attention.

Maybe this is what they saw. Sace this could be very damaging to players at no fault of theirs. I honestly hope if more complaints surface there's something NC can do for them.

yeah they do that and they also use worthless items and try to pass it off as a rare item because they look similar. Someone not paying attention buys them thinking they got a cheap deal and got scammed and stuck with items that are worth nothing.

Send a support ticket about this so we can keep your situation on file. Once the issue is fixed and we know the full scope of its effect we can see what issues (like this) remain.

I noticed that the wrong price is listed also in the Olympiad Manager.
Example:
Price listed for the Superior Giant´s Codex is x1310000 (1,310,000) Adena, but if you mouse-over it there is listed price of 1310 (1,310) Adena.

I was checking some store for mats and noticed a funny thing.
This guy was selling a weapon for 180.000.000 adena
It had the amount displayed 180.000.000 correctly but the amount that normally appears in parenthesis like (180 million adena) was just saying (180 adena). I checked other stores and the same thing was going on. So it is a bug I guess.
Any store, trade, mail, etc that has adena seems to be affected. It just doesn't add the word for how much it is. 4,000,000 will show as 4 adena under the 4,000,000 number instead of 4 million adena.
Apparently the Auction System was put back up in game, but is still broken. I just bought (6) Superior Quick Healing Potions, and was charged 100,000,000 million adena per, which was defiantly NOT what they were listed as... Take the system down before anyone else gets ripped off, and reimburse me my adena...

Also, I would have created a support ticket, but apparently that system isn't working very well.. ave trued requesting an E-Mail to reset my password for the past 15 minutes, still hasn't come through.

They were listed at 100,000, not 101... I posted the Screenshot to show that they still were showing up that way. I didn't buy the 101 ones because I assumed they were glitched, but the 100,000 sounded like a deal cause I have been selling a bunch of the ones I had on hand for more than that.

Did you log in to buy the pots before or after the client updated and you restarted it?

Like she said, the Server Crashed... which in turn locked up the computer, so it was rebooted. In order to get back into game, you had to update L2, and the purchase was made after all of that.
Either way, we were able to get a support ticket opened, so this thread can be closed at this point.
Apparently this issue is still not resolved. The response we received on this matter makes me feel like the GM's didn't even read the issue we submitted, nor did they even look at the screen shots we provided, but instead provided us with a resolution that frankly has nothing to do with what actually happened...
I advise the GM team to look further into this, because it is both unfair as well as unreasonable to expect end-game users to take on the burden and responsibility for a system that was experiencing issues recently to the point that it had to temporarily be removed from game. It's was obviously still not working as intended.
