Koreans don't give exact numbers for most changes, so definitely there's no info anywhere about that till the russians test it, as usual.

Whot? Is speed increased with DEX again? Wasn't that removed with GoD? Oo They ever gave exact info on how much stats chance with what? Take the new belts, it says only decreases pvp received damage. Usually they don't tell us with how much.

However they call the update, they should give complete patch notes. E.g., I hear about summoner nerfing, I see nothing about summoners.
