The NPC sales tax rate is set to 0%.
You cannot set the NPC purchase tax status.
You can receive a quest that resets a castle of darkness.
The castle lord can receive the Radiant Cloak of Light from the chamberlain. Clan members can receive the and the Cloak of Light from the court magician:
Radiant Cloak of Light: All stats +3. Damage received during PVP decreases by 15%. Can use castle escape skills. All attributes +15.
Cloak of Light: All stats +2. Damage received during PVP decreases by 10%. Can use castle escape skills. All attributes +10.
A character with a chaotic tendency cannot equip a Radiant Cloak of Light or a Cloak of Light.
The existing habitat skill has been deleted, and an Ability of Light skill that increases Max CP by 3000 and normal/skill attack damage during PVP by 10% has been added.
The Ability of Light skill does not apply to characters with chaotic tendencies.
The light near the castle has changed to clear.
A proclaimer has been created in the Castle of Light's village. You can receive a buff from the proclaimer that increases XP by 3%.

In all honesty I've reallhy lost all desire to play since the Tauti update, being cut out of pvp due to a 20% damage deficit (10% atk/defense) was one of the big things. You can earn a castle as a clan and fight for it once every two weeks, being in the 'top 40' is completely different in a clan of 100+ people who love pvp.
Tauti for me has been terrible so far, all the enjoyable things in game have been cut and there seems little to bother working towards anymore, no drops, slower kills solo and in kartia, no istina or at least now 2x slower with 2 grps and more deaths, no new content worthy of doing. I spent like 1 hour doing a quest at EG and the 'reward' was 1 armor piece, as I handed in the Q a party member picked up 27 pieces from a mob drop.......

You can fix these issues this quick but as far as the turning people red via pets, even with a major update you fail at that. I am so sick of xping and getting turned red for no god**** reason by stupid ***s that think everyone is a god**** bot. This should be deemed an exploit and ******** should be banned for it. Nothing like having some idiot with his summon come out of no where while you are talking in clan chat or pm's, where while you have full ISS buffs only to hit you once and turn you red for no reason. And you can't defend yourself without going further red and gaining a pk.
It's ruining the game and I for one have had enough of this for the last 3 weeks I've worked off more karma than I have in the last 3 years that I have played this game.

Since you're saying, that you can't find it under your passive skills, it's probably because you're not Marquis or higher rank. If you would actually take 5min of your time and open the clan window and check under "Clan Info", plus scroll down and read it's actual description, you would know that ;)

No. He wants the cloak for logging in and seiging and helping his clan win the castle. What if everyone in your clan who isn't in the main clan logged off before seige because they couldn't use the cloak? The cloak is a big incentive for people showing up. Before almost everyone got the TW/Castle passive, now most of the clan is worse off than they were before the update in castle benefits.
They added those passives in for a reason, cause otherwise there is little incentive to seige other than "I love PvP" or "I love my clan, so I go to help them."

Why no PTS for this update? Seems like a relatively large update as per patch notes, and usually when you guys PTS an update, you don't get as many bugs, errors, glitches, and crashes like you've been getting lately.

Lol FS has really stooped to a new low recruiting any clueless cannon fodder they can. 1) stones glass houses, your clan has tons of ppl in CC maybe, but only a small amount are live "hint". 2) cloak is gift? 3k cp/10% dmg not passive? your clan has the 3k cp skill in clan skills, you can buy cloak from npc just not equip it, you dont' 'have' these because you're too dumb to look in the right places.
I guess you're one of the FS/scrub clan guys I ran out of my spot in fog earlier, or the 'First' clan guy who I killed his ISS+Summoner+mentee at least 3x each and made the 2 Enmity he summoned bsoe whilst killing his toons again. Then logged back in after I went out to kill his toons again just for the hell of it. :D

I haven't seen as many back-to-back crashes since this update, nor have I seen so many mistranslations in such common things throughout the game, and shockingly, this update had no PTS. idk if it's sheer coincidence or a direct correlation.

I agree with the PTS too, the amount of bug that are coming through each update is insane and it really detracts from the desire to bother putting time and money into the game. I have a hunch it's down to Korea though, since the devs just seem to be making terrible patches trying to get more money without considering player enjoyment and NCWest don't seem to have much of a clue about what patches come in. I've seen it in my work a fair few times where we test a game for months then suddenly a dozen things are changed before the final build, but we always get told so they get tested properly before getting verified to go on to the next stage.
Sadly I don't think they can afford the QA team let alone the extra staff needed to run a PTS and vet all the issues submitted to check for real bugs compared to silly non-issues people put in. Personally I think all the bugs caught by a PTS would make more money avoiding lost income than the staff cost of running one, but that's planning ahead and isn't money on a spreadsheet.

The cloaks are extremely OP to such a degree its not funny anymore. Many of these ppl already have the top gear and top level why they need a 20% pvp bonus. The less people can use these **** cloaks the better.
And well, why make kartia mobs more powerful? Such that you don't complete it in 1 buff round and you ll have to buy buff pots?

Magmeld got his first lvl 99 player, martel get lvl 99 one month ago. From my friend list, players with RL and I confirm "legit", the highest level obtained is 97 (with lots of NC Coins spent).

Wasn't there a lowering of drop rates? Have to check patch notes again. It seems we slowly but surely go back to L2 the hardcore grind where you have to collect for 1 year + to get the mats for a weapon craft (and fail :D)

Instead of whining about the castle cloaks, how about actually being useful for once and proving that you should get a cloak/be in the main clan?
this doesn't work if your not part of an active constant party or a class that ppl think the boosts in stats/passives don't justify you having it over other classes that are more important to have such boost (healer/dd) and yeah in an average decent clan with 100+ members have fun deciding who deserves it the most ;)

Yes we are still working on this and it is not yet done because the server crash issue and the potential fixes we receive for it take priority. The patch notes are high on the priority list, though, and I expect soon after the crash issue is resolved we will be able to finish testing the notes.

This just become the most horrible problem in many clans with castle, so the clan can have 220 members and only 45 can use the member cloak and and many members in the clan are worthy of the cloak and they can have it, just 1/3 of the clan can be on the main clan ad that does not mean those other 2/3 are worthless and dont have the cloak.
At least Count must be the minimal tittle to get it and not Marquis.
Please fix this or make more lvles for the clans to lvl up.
