Personally i couldnt care less about the movie itself, but the stuff thats designed here, and all the new actions, are as far as im concerned, possible update material for the future (else they woulda been a waste of time to design, just for a movie), not to mention that many of these new actions and effects seen here, would surely require a new graphics engine, which has also been rumored to come.
That is simply a trailer for the pvp updates that will come...the same way as before we had those cinematic trailers with better graphics. It's just their simple marketing style.

Wasn't it said at one time around the release of L2 that only 12 chronicles would happen? ... How many have we had up to now?
(I'm counting the non named chronicles as chronicles...ie h5/god/etc etc)

if u watch carefully ct2 was the biggest chronicle till now... and with the "remake of the game" on ct3 i guess nc just wanted to extend even more the life of the game... ans in my opinion it's working... otherwise they probably just would release ct4,5,6 instead of more updates for the current chaotic throne.
How hard is to understand: it doesn't matter what was told 10 years ago as long as game is profitable they will roll expansions to chronicle 257 and beyond. There's no ''ending'' chronicle. The ending chronicle will be the one where CEO's pulls the the plug due to too low player base to sustain development costs.
the issue is prolly that when were at 14th chronicle we are upon L1
but i guess they then merge L1 with L2 :p
Think of L2 and Lineage as parallel universes, very similar but they shall never overlap or meet. Unless the beams cross... then all hell will break loose and that last thing we'll need to worry about is if too many chronicles are produced.
P.S. I just noticed in the video we are going to be carrying flags poles with our crests on them.

I guess kamaels don't make sense in lineage saga =( i bet they'd just be sealed back by Kain cause their "battle potential" has been used and isn't necessary anymore on the fight against gods..

So it explains why there are no kamaels in L1, they were sealed by Gran Kain, what son of a b.i.t.c.h., this guy abused his daughter(Shilen), she got pregnant because of him, and after she got banned by her father, her mother Einhasad also hated Shilien because of this, as if it were Shilen that seduced her father. Banned, her hatred made her give birth to demons, the strongest of her sons were called dragons(Antharas(earth), Valakas(fire), Lindvior(wind), Aulakiria(holy), Bael Zael(dark) and Fafurion(water)) and so Shilen started her revenge.
All that is happening in GoD, is just because Kain and Einhasad banned Shilen instead of helping their daugther.
So he has created Kamaels to help him to defeat her, and after that, he will dicart them as he discarted Shilen? Kain is the biggest son of a b.i.t.c.h. of Lineage
For the record her Mother "banished" Shilen, her father acted as if nothing happened. She got all of the underworld and some really cool kids out of the deal. Stop feeling sorry for Shilen, she is a god after all.
Lineage Eternal lore is 200 years after Lineage 1, but devs haven't announced what races will be available yet, and there are 2-3 more classes to be announced, probably, new infos will be shown only the next G-Star in november(if I'm not wrong).
