What class would you choose now?

Hi folks!

I have been away from the game quite a while. Now Im levling my lvl 83 SoulTaker...and I have a Stone of Destiny in my warehouse. So I can choose whatever class I want.
So far I have played 2 different awakened classes: summoner and rogue. I liked the summoner most. I enjoy pvp ofc but at same time I want to be able to solo good. I will get an Enchanter to buff me. Worth to mention is also that I have a Vorpal Robe Set with high elements on it.
So if you were me what class would you choose at the games current state?
Please cast your vote and you are most welcome to comment your choice.
Ty folks!
A class that I would like to play, wynn summoner and feoh as now.
*bumpibump*

that was swedish just telling him to chose summoner basicly ;)

Ty Mange. But actually Im human wizard. SoulTaker is extension from Necromancer.
lol yeah sry. thought about soulhound haha.

then i dont know dude. i would go feoh. when i started L2 i went sorc and this is kinda a new game now so i would start with mage again ;)
Bumping is bad and you're a bad person for doing it.
Well, I'm playing for Wynn at the momment, and really happy about it, but if you don't have an Iss for box, you should take it. Because without buffs, there's not much to do :).
Vote vote vote...its close! ;)
summoner bumpzors
I would say summoner if you were a kamael, But since your a human i strongly suggest ISS or Tank. Both are ALWAYS required in groups as opposed to summoner and from the balanced stats to high(er) health than most races i would say Tank or ISS enchanter. Tank is a very nice class for humans with their awakened active skill

Hmm interesting. Can anyone tell me how good Enchanters are to solo/pvp with...since I know its mainly an supportclass? As I see it...would be nice to always been fully buffed and have an heal while grinding. But are they MUCH slower to grind with compared to some other classes? Will mana be a problem....does orcs keep the racial mana-VR they get at start...would be a real disadvantage for an human-ISS if they do.

Ty for answers.
ISS doesn't keep any useful skill from any past class regarding damage (there's few exceptions on few buffs i think). If they kept that nuke, you probably wouldn't have enough mana for it and do lower damage than normal skills ( plus Heavy is a must for ISS).

ISS is not a solo grinder outside of the swampland. Very party-reliant like tank/healer. For pvp on open field, you have the disavantage cause people hunting are always fully buffed with an iss box.

ISS doesn't have mana issues solo hunting, much less in party.

I kinda disagree, they are very useful in solo kartia where you can keep sonatas up for the entire kartia, as opposed to every single other character that has them wear off halfway. Soloing fairies at 90+ is easy too with devil's movement and constant sonatas. It's a good solid well-rounded class that is required in every party, especially nice to have after you get lvl 2 buffs and BR.

Tanks and healers are usually the hardest to find in every group though. Guranteed a group if you go healer or Tank.
I never count kartia Oo every class can do kartia solo lol

Doing fairies doesn't seem worth it for an iss...they'll faster get group and more xp in the same time while killing in fairies. (90+) I'm 93 and only now they are white to me.

Also ISS is harder to find for group at 90+ imo.
I guess this is true, still do-able though. Purely from a racial skill and passive advantage though, I would recommend tank. Especially since humans have decent hp.
To add some inormation to my topic. Currently I wont be able to play super-much. My WC on the other acc is only lvl 71 so I have to make him atleast 76 to tag along with my main in swamps.
Im kinda leaning torwards making my main ISS since it will be more easy to just log in and play 30-60 mins. I wont need to go look for buffer or level my own buffer then.
Hmm but again Im not totally sure. I kinda suck at PvP so I guess it doesnt matter much. Could be fun to help with hp/cp-heal and debuff folks during PvPs instead, wont get many final blows I guess.
Well...main is 84,10 now so its getting closer.
Right now with the way they rebalanced the MOBs in the lower solo areas, I'd definitely still choose Wizard. Healer friend complains that it takes like 6 or 7 shots to kill a MOB in swamplands with his +3 Apoc Caster 150 Attribute. Wizard doesn't seem so affected, and with UB2M being such low reuse you can just use AoEs in lieu of single target nukes to equalize the HP increase even for single target in solo areas with literally no downtime.

Summoner isn't as strong in solo areas with that either, since reaper soloing isn't as fast as it was before the update and I don't like running all the way from mob to mob with the cougars (even with the jump).

And since I don't play melee classes that knocks out most everything else except Archers, but I haven't heard from any to see what the soloing is like after the Tauti patch in those areas.

I'd rather level a DD and then level up a boxed Iss Buffer. You only need an 85 Iss for buffs. If you find it annoying to keep inviting for Sonatas than just go without them. They're icing, the 30 minute buffs are the meat of the matter.

Plus you will always have 10% mentee bonus cause you can just mentor your own buffer and log it in whenever.

Plus a rez in a pinch when/if ever needed. It's 40% now at least, which makes it somewhat decent if you have Clan Luck 2.
I'd go summoner. I was an EE for 5+ years, so it's been tough with the awakened healer. I loved my EE, so miss that class. My main is still my healer so I just feel obligated to level & play her, but out of the 6 awakened classes I have....summoner to me seems the most adjustable. It is great solo, helpful/strong in parties. Using the summoner, you'll be able to easily level your box WC in altar of evil & swamps to have a box ISS. (That's what I did :))

Generally too when parties are looking for DDs, usually always want a summoner because of the group mana share skill they have. I've had many parties where it's ready to go but they want summoner as last DD. They aren't as demanded as tank & healer, but you should still have some good luck with getting into groups.
Ty so far all of you who have voted and posted comments. I must agree I had lots of fun while I was playing my summoner on Innova. Maybe ill just roll one here aswell.
OT: how or where do I delete a subclass now since I cant do it at skilltrainers anymore?

Please continue to post your opinions!
Seriously, anyone here who play ISS as main? Or is it just too boring? Im kinda interested making my main ISS but I havent found any good thread about how fun/good they are. Prolly cause most ppl just use em as follow******es.
Summoner turned me off a bit after reading that they will get badly nerfed next update (—30% when using bow).
Pls tell me a bit more about ISS. Do they deserve to be followchars or can the actually be fun playing?
Ty!

Talking Island Village, there is a subclass manager there.

Too boring and to level one up decently fast you have to go Orc which makes you one of the slowest running fighter classes in the game once you awaken to Iss Enchanter.

Summoners are due for a nerf. Nothing exciting about that. They're boring actually more boring than an Iss Enchanter to solo. The problem I have with Iss is that they have absolutely abysmal damage output. Simply not acceptable to me.

Personally I'm about ready to change my summoner to a healer :P
