As many of you know, there has been a high frequency of server crashes since the maintenance on June 13th. The fix we implemented during the emergency maintenance on Friday did not resolve the issues. We are currently investigating and trying to find a solution now. We will communicate on a possible compensation once the issue has been properly fixed.

Juji, i noticed after the emergency maintenance that drop rate of event items(in prime time) got "nerfed"/bugged, it's the same all day. Should be higher during prime time.

we noticed... maybe coz the 3-5 crashes daily since the 15th "fix". oh boy am i glad i just wasted another 200% nevits that will expire while the server is down =((

The event drops should always have been spread out evenly not "prime time". That was just stupid and very annoying :p I like the drop rate as it is, well as it was at the beginning of the event.
Find a solution for the constant client crashes and errors.

A PTS server was the solution before make a great update or too many emergency updates and servers crasheds in the day and the night for the next week. :(
I have missed a StoneFire+150 that I got in the Event of eggs.
I got it on Friday afternoon and I did not have it on Saturday

i can handle the crashes frustrating as they are , items dropping alot less is more annoying , and the fact nc soft told us with the NEW update all castle sieges will be at the same time , yet last night on chronos the sieges were not at the same time i could have signed my clan to defend dion and gludio as normal . the cost fame and rep lost to the clan it what has hurt everyone in the clan most. try announcing it in game before they start u yell about 3rd party stuff and buying adena all the time , yet dont inform us of a game status change like sieges staying as they were

Yes that thing with siege and the times that NC$oft said on patch notes is getting server back to US time :mad:

The players want a fix to really solve the problems. Developers! Create a potential fix fast! Simple fix will not solve the problems, don't try lots of simple fixes. Make a direct potential fix, like fix announced in January 23.
It's a North American server goof ball, lol. The server is currently in TX, so yeah it would only make sense.
he is correct when they polled for siege times it went to gmt + 2 which ment the sieges dropped back to 7pm and 11 pm
with this update they have moved siege back 9pm would be good
alot of american players didnt like the new times
first siege 7 pm gmt was early morning for alot

its the fact they announced these changes in the update but kept the sieges split as in the god update , hardly anyone was informed and i sign to defend dion and gluido as clan for the pvp and rep and fame , we lost rep and fame for the early sieges due to nc soft not announcing they hadnt changed like stated
the time it starts doesnt bother me what did is the loss of much needed fame and rep by my clan and clannies

I used to be a paying customer for long time, and i dont really care that the service went free now. I demand some quality of the provided service still. I bet that if your hobby would be bikes riding (clasic ones) u sure would not like to be missing one wheel at the bike while riding on it :D

Yes, panic! :D ... nah, i'm just watching this message "Chaos shield breakthrough" from EG that pops up on my screen every minute for the whole afternoon anywhere i go to, to all my cosnt party people. On top of that we are gettin this "Proof of survival" items anywhere we hit some mob or raid. Inside istina, at seed of hellfire, in orbis, at Balok. This game is badly broken and the message is gettin on my nerves ... the whole day :D After the crash it stoped for a while and now its back again :D

News flash – They already know it is broke and are working to find a resolution.
An idiotic comparison… a bike hobbyist missing one of the bicycle wheels while riding is as ridiculous as thinking they are not trying to fix what is wrong with the servers and require a forum post to get them in gear. Let’s not forget how asinine it is to read posts where players actually believe coming onto these forums stating they were paying customers and deserve some special consideration when they demand NCSoft fix the game.
As for non-constructive posts, anyone coming to the forums demanding the servers be fixed or begging for compensation or agreeing with those posts is by the very definition not constructive. Try doing something more constructive then complaining on the forums.

Ya, you should check the seeds energy, i've been trying to make a petition but is unavailable, i hope you fix that out, cuz almost 80% of seeds are glitched.
I really wish they would have done a PTS for these past two updates, GoD being because it was a huge update that drastically changed gameplay and Tauti just for testing new content and general game stability.
I miss the old days when you just got a high level character and were let loose to go test whatever you wanted for 2-3 weeks. GMs didn't announce when they were on(I never minded once they started doing all of the GM hosted stuff, but it created problems with certain towns being overcrowded and people begging for crap).
All you need is a few GMs that like to play the game and are willing to just log on and play with the community every now and then, it doesn't require hundreds of events like you did for freya. Like in H5 when they revamped DV/AL, Sparse took a group of us down to the magic bridge with the donut mobs and we aoe'd there on his titan. Or when they introduced all of the new S84 armor and people were having trouble getting some armor parts they needed. I PM'd Lyzira and she pulled me into a vacant corner in giran and spawned a bunch of armor/boss jewels for me. And Cabal and a few other GMs(can't remember who) were spawning stuff on fantasy island for ppl, and when someone would complain or cut in the lines he would teleport them way far away, it was freakin classic.
You don't need to worry about the quality of the PTS, just put it online and let us do the rest. I'd rather have a PTS with no GM's active on it than an update with multiple bugs, server problems, ninja patches, etc. All just imo.

I guess you never see the vote about Chronos server time...PEOPLE voted for semi-european time for this server and ALL events happen again 1+AM...why the hell did we voted if things are like before?
There was a lack of compassion when the server times changed on us the first time so I don't really have any now. They should have never changed it in the first place.
I think server is crushing cuz of that ceremony of chaos... every time this start Im + We r getting freeze's lags.
Nope, Chronos crashes midday too when no event or whatsoever happens.
All events on Chronos start 1+AM and server crashes much less at this time.
