I could not do this quest, you have a problem?

I can't take it from the NPC too.
When I talk to it i press the button "Ask about the truth." and there are no buttons on the next dialog window.

OMG people, have you all fallen from a tree or something? Are you really from 21st century? How can you dOn't know how to look for info on google, forum or main page of the game? There were thousands of threads about this, not to talk that there were Tauti Community Update... You have to create a ticket at http://lineage2.custhelp.com , and GM will forward your quest to a point in which you don't have to press that...
