Shillen Castle Siege (06/17/2012)

As stated on Tauti Patch Notes released, Castle Sieges would only occur on the former 2nd Siege Time. So, instead of having two Siege times, we'd have only one Siege at 20:00 (8:00PM). Since Tauti was launched on last week update,Castle Sieges were supposed to happen under the new Tauti system. However, it wasn't what happened; at 16:00(4:00PM) a Siege began and caught everyone by surprise. I talked to other Castle Lords and none of them knew Sieges would happen, including me, of course. So I'm wondering now: was that Siege supposed to happen? If so, shouldn't the whole server be aware of that? Was that Siege fair? I don't mean to flame, only to understand what happened and if it "worked as intended" or if it was unexpected even by the Staff, etc..

Thanks in advance for the answer,
@Loveless
Following the existing method of siege scheduling, the next castle siege time is decided after the end of the previous siege. Technically, the end of the last siege on Shilen (on June 4, 2012) was before Tauti, and therefore it automatically scheduled the times to be in the same schedule as before Tauti. When Tauti launched, the new siege-time scheduling would apply after the first siege. Therefore now that the first sieges have occurred on Shilen, the schedule is now 100% Tautified, and the next sieges on Shilen (and on Chronos) will happen at 8 p.m. server time as explained in the patch notes. We understand there was some confusion about this as it was the first round of sieges overlapping the Tauti update, but it is now cleared up.

Similarly, the upcoming sieges on Naia, Magmeld, and Bartz on June 24 will take place in the old pre-Tauti schedule, and when those sieges complete, the next-siege-time will be set to the Tauti schedule. The ones after that will be at 8 p.m. server time.
