Says maximum ammount of instance zones has been exceeded. Still i have no instance zone cool down.

Before tauti I could enter almost any time, now I have problems even 0:00 GMT+1. I think they have a server wide maximum instances that is set too low. With all new instances the max is easily reached. They should increase the max such that at least in the late hours you can enter right away.

but yes it can be set to low
instances should be server wide and not per type of instances
i doubt there is many doing teredor, so they can use some of that capacity for kartia etc

I guess they aren't really implemented as instances (i.e. independent worlds), but just as a fixed number of identical rooms with gatekeeper-only access.
