and yes, from what I read, in game petition is no longer in use :( it should say that on there with instructions to go to the support site.

umm I just tried it via /gm and in the system menu and both brought up the usual petition box to type in with no message to say it's no longer working and to go to the site :p I guess if you wind through it and type a big message maybe after all that it says? lol

I don't think it actually matters. the bots I report are always back on day after day same spots with no apparent consequences. why report them now when "we" see them every day but NCSoft can't seem to?
