Recently there have been some major issues on the servers, such as frequent server crashes and the Auction House display issue. These two issues are now fully resolved and this allows us to evaluate the full scope of affect of these issues and determine compensation. As thanks to you for being patient and devoted players, and to make up for an inconveniences these issues have caused, we are announcing the following as compensation:
The Birth of Draco event (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/birth-of-draco.php) is being extended by one week. This means an extra week of event item drops from monsters, lasting until July 4, and the event NPC will remain in-game for turn-ins until July 11. The event page has been updated with this information.
Note that the item deletion at the end of the event includes both the Draco’s Gift and the Shiny Draco’s Gift items as well as other event-only items such as eggs and the Agathion.
The adored NPC Angel Cat is being added to the game for one week, from June 27 to July 4, to give players a great useful buff item. The item lasts 30 days and you can consume it when you like in that time.
Angel Cat’s Blessing: For 60 minutes, increases M. Atk. by 20%, P. Atk., P. Def., M. Def., Atk. Spd., Casting Speed, and Max HP and MP by 5%, and XP and SP gained through hunting by 30%.
Players can obtain one of these items per game account per day. On June 27, Angel Cat will appear on servers after the maintenance ends. We have seen Angel Cat before and he gave out a "Angel Cat's Blessing" item in the past (before Goddess of Destruction), but that item and this item are completely separate other than the name. The old one will not be changed, and the old and new ones can co-exist in the same inventory. The icons are different, too.

You can receive one item per day from Angel Cat but if you use one and it expires you can use another one only a minute later.
June 13 to July4, 2012: Main event period. Event items drop from monsters.

It may take a few extra minutes for Angel Cat to return if there is a server crash, but he will come back. He is back now on Bartz.

We were suppose to be able to keep the item buff for when we want, but we cannot claim a new one if we have one on inventory or in the WH : Nice bug wich make the compensation completly useless if you want to wait to use it.

You get this message because it is not the time yet, you can get the item once per day. Meaning once in 24 hours and since juji said that the schedule is kept, you can get 2nd item at 12:00 pdt

I prefer to know what time the cat is scheduled to spawn and re-spawn since there are hours and hours between, at least this morning :p so I know when I am able to get the buff and don't miss it >< sometimes I am not at the computer lol

We are not pet to give us some lite xp .. or some lol events.. give 1 mounth 600 x XP because not all have time to play 24/7 and to dont feel we are hit when servar is broken.. maybe some ppl play 2-3 hours pey day and put money in this serevar and when servar are down they go to sleep because in next day go to work.. and lose 1 day for play.. Give us BIG EVENT cuz we trus in U ! NCSOFT !

And Chronos is down again. Very frustrating. I've been receiving the Angel Cat buff, going into SoA. Getting hit with either server crash or severe lag, dying. Losing buff and more xp than what I had when I first went in. ARGGH!

GM's don't notice that server is down... Login server auto restarts Naia when it see it isn't up. So no problem solving just auto reboot of server after crash.

You've tested it on <85 or >90 char? The description says it's only for 85-90 lvl chars, so all the rest can't use it.
