PLZ Fix NPCs in Ancient City of Arcan

On Naia server NPCs in Ancient City of Arcan dont work. I cant do quests for 90 lv and i have been w8ing for few hours and i cant petition becouse petition server dosnt work. Plz fix soemthing so we can again play normaly.

I see Sookie Npcs is up and running now and i thank u for that but i still can use npc Naomi Kasheron and i cant do the quest i need to do :(

this its happening again on NAIA server, please fix it, im trying to end fayries quest and noeti its bugged like sookie the entire day

In Naia the 2 fairy npcs in Arcan City are bugged, I cant talk to them, cant even attack them. Shift/ctrl dont work.

A friend is trying to do the quest chain on lvl 90 so please if possible fix the fairies :) Their names: Noeti Mimilead, Naomi Kasheron.

I had something like that, but /target .... and /attack worked for me. Selection is very poor in L2, you have to click on specific parts and if something is in-front then selecting it is impossible. Try to select a running person in PVP, very low quality selection.

Thx for the info but it's completely irrelevant. You can target the npcs but they dont respond, chat window doesnt open, and you cant even attack them with ctrl.

This is probably a bug that no community member can help you with. I don't believe the community GMs will answer nor help you solve it as they are not support. Better submit your bug here: https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/

I was hoping to catch one of the staff's attention. Contacting support is out of question for me. :p Perhaps someone else will, I'm sure the guy I'm trying to help is not the only one with this issue. :)

As posted previously here (I merged the duplicate threads to reduce spam), we are aware of the issue and have reported it to the dev team so we can get a fix. We've seen this issue previously and if I recall correctly the NPCs sort of "fix themselves" after a little while. So while we wait for a permanent fix, please try back at the NPC every now and then when possible.
