I think the Dimensional Merchant not working properly to transfer items to another character in my account.

Look screenshot:
1. My inventary now
2. the items that I can transfer to another character on my account now

I have many items that I can drop and exchange
that the Dimensional Merchant do not let me transfer

Most of the stuff you got in inventory can be traded between characters with the mail system...

You can't use Dimensional Merchant if you have more than 80% of your inventory filled. Just epty your inventory a little and it wiil work.

If you want exchange between characters at same account use mail for tradable items. Dimensional merchat is for special nontradable items like reward from path to awakening, some revards from events etc.
