Not true anymore.
Of the remaining skills, IMHO there's nothing really worth keeping, except Invocation and Prayer (only if you're a Cardinal Aeore tho). Crystal regeneration regenerates very few MP and a lot of HP, other than making you invulnerable to damage/debuffs/buffs for 10 seconds. It's extremely useful in PvP, in PvE not really, but on the other hand Invocation has a lot of downsides, starting from the lowered p.def. And there's not really a need for mana-keeping skills in PvE, if you're smart enough.
In short, it's your choice.
Old rez is useful only in PvP situations. New rez, albeit with longer cooldown, is useful for giving back 100% xp. And nowadays people cry if they don't receive this kind of rez.
