DEX or STR after Tauti for YUL

DEX=More skill crit.
STR=More dmg

.....

So if Elf YUL cant beat other YUL on STR, may be now is the time for DEX...

I'm LE YUL lv92 and there's not a single crit on skill!
Go for STR and choose DE cuz it's the race that devs plays now (better race for all dd classes,rly imba) ;)
DEX is useless even after Tauti,u only need for a bit of speed bonus now.
Better,as DD go for Wynn,feoh or othel cuz imo YUL is rly broken atm(almost all skill is "useless" cuz u only crit and do much better dmg on normal attacks!) and there's bug on QuickCharge,Flash,etc...

all chars broken if arms are crooked, get some skill
