Othell rogues in TAUTI , completely changed ? or not.

Hello folks , i have kinda read most of the threads regarding othells in this forum and its still the usual , half ppl say go that way , rest go the other way.

Now here are my two major thoughts
1: srt and dex .Many said that in Tauti dex will be more important , but even with changes i still feel that srt is still the way to go cause of mastery trigger and more dmg , just dont go -dex (thinking).

2:Dual daggers or single.
People that use dual daggers are absolute that they are better than single.
People that use single are absolute that they are better than dual.
-_-
Thing is that now in Tauti we (kinda) dont even need to trigger mastery because we have 4 stabs with 5sec cd , i can almost spam skills constantly been either dual or single + you dont need to do any normal hit to get Max critical to give that extra dmg (50% at lvl1).Since single daggers do more damage per stab (that's what most people are claiming) haven't single daggers become better now ?
dual daggers
This is a very interesting topic witch I'd like to follow if anyone have more info?
Wouldnt dual daggers have more patk, and do more dmg per stab?

Unless there are very different SAs for the different daggers, I dont see why anyone would go single dagger over dual dagger.
Patk has very little influence on stab damage.

Single dagger gives you focus and haste where dual gives damage and focus.

Single dagger gives more crit damage at +4 (which does effect skill damage) than dual dagger at +4 which gives some patk and crit damage. So if you want the highest skill damage but lower regular hits go single, but if you want high regular hits and lower skill, go dual.

DEX vs STR is mainly preference. Do you want your skills to reset more often or critical more often. I think if you have some boss jewels to multiply crit damage, DEX would be the way to go to get more criticals on your skills rather than skill resets. Also NCSoft made the leather assasin sets give +DEX and not +STR so I think by design DEX should be better since we are assasins.
Str build is better for Olympiad because of instant reuse. Str builds allow daggers to beat almost anyone IF they get a few instant reuses (mainly on hide).

Dex is better for open PvP because of skill crits (double damage).

The rumour is that in Lindivor they are changing crit damage to dex instead of str. So, if this is true then it is another factor to consider when deciding what route to go.

As far as duals vs. single daggers, it really is up to you although there is a pretty good argument for a single dagger but I'm not going to get into that debate.
