I believe there must be some guides on youtube if you search "Zaken instance l2 god" you might get results i can't do that now but what i will suggest is have your radar always point "N" (North) and that's how you can find the way to the next floor easily after searching all rooms.
Also, throwing adena down in every floor will help you remember where you've been. It's pretty easy. Just point North to find the way to next floor.

Zaken is doing well, what happens is that some people do not know and I'm looking for him guis by youtube about how to find the of Foreign Affairs.
Because I know you are looking iendote the middle of the room, and pulling a massive, does the damage they do to Zaken.

I get better results by having my radar flexible, i.e. not pointing North. Guild Wars habits, I guess...
Do an AOE skill in the middle of every room, clear every floor before proceeding to the next floor. That's it. As people have said there is no guide as the zaken spawn is 100% random. Also I'm not sure if zaken is having an affair with a foreign person, maybe check for lipstick under his shirt collar, or check his phone (carrier pigeon for you rp'ers) for old messages.
Never played any other MMO tbh and my radar is always flexible, just by turning your camera you can actually point north and move towards north.
I probably mistook your way to use the radar. I thought you kept it with north as the fixed direction, instead of having it rotating towards the direction faced by your toon (and it's the way I use it, a method I took after playing Guild Wars).
When finding him you will need to do a couple things to ensure that you are aware of where he is.
1. Keep your "damage log" window open.
2. When you run into a room, use an "area attack" and your "damage log" will say something like "You have given zaken 999,999,999 damage" if he is in the room (even if you don't see him).
3. If you run into a room and don't see damage on the log, drop 1 adena to mark the room so that you know zaken is not there.
4. Once you use the area attack and see the damage you can then light each candle around the room. After all 4 candles are lit zaken will spawn.
5. Try drawing a map or run through the instance a couple times and get familiar with the path to the stairs, up and down. (The more you do zaken the more familiar you will get with it... get lost a couple times and you will make sure to find him next time. )

all people do the same, if you do the AOE skill and nothing happens you have to move to the next floor and go on gon till you find it.
