Testing: Success rate of Elemental stones and Elemental stone fragments
Question: Seems that when I put on a real elemental stone I have a higher land rate and when I trie to put on a fragment stone I just keep failing.
Can you check success rate on putting on elemental stones and elemental fragments on armor's and weapons
Reason: I can literally buy 50 stones and 5 - 10 ~ lands. I don't know if I am the most unlucky guy but the 50% success rate seems way off.Items Tested: Fire Stone Fragments and Fire Stones
Weapon: Bound Apocalypse Shaper
Number of Fire Stone Fragments Needed for 150: 74 (18,500,000 Adena based on average Auction House prices)
Number of Fire Stones Needed for 150: 49 (29,400,000 Adena based on average Auction House prices)
So regular Attribute Stones have a higher success rate, while with Attribute Stone Fragments you are financially better off (excellent idea to add the adena required!). I myself prefer to farm Attribute Stones and only occasionally buy some to fill up a slot to 60 or 150. I am sure that there are mathematicians out there who will calculate whether it wouldn't make more sense to sell the dropped Stones and buy for the adena Attribute Fragments :D

Actually, as you probably know, you can't use fragments in not bounded equipment. So the cheaper solution is only available for bound equip. ;)
