Gm i have problem with Fate's whisper quest, because when i had to choise top b grade weapon to continue quest i wrong to click. you can help me because on server noone sell this weapon (art of battle axe) and i shoul start quest for beginning. are you able to change this weapon to dual sword samurai. ty very much.

First of all GM's do not read the forums, and second they will not get involved in things like this. If you misclicked then it is not the fault of the game, you should have taken your time when clicking the links in the NPC dialog windows. GM's won't exchange equipment for anything else, if that is what you got because you made a mistake then you will be stuck with it.
Petition system is not bugged, you can only use it between certain hours of the day. They did this to cut down on the amount of petitions they get each day.

No GM is going to "fix" your issue. Restart the quest.

Actually no, the petition system was disabled until further notice. This was in the Tauti patch notes. For now to contact the support team one must send a support ticket (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/). A player is responsible for their choices in selections as well as mistakes in the selection. We cannot guarantee to help in this kind of situation but it's always worthwhile to ask by sending a ticket.
