So I was about to cash in my remaining badges before the news informer goes away and I noticed that the informer DOES NOT contain any of the exulted mercenary badge items!
Can NCSoft please add these to the list or spawn the NPC so we can trade the badges. I am trying to get a decent amount of Lords Divine Protection Talismans and my merc cert allowed me to trade badges for them.
