Hello players of Lineage 2. I have some questions that hopefully can be answered in a descriptive and helpful manner :D.

1. Its come to my attention that some servers have more Non-English speaker than English speakers. I'd prefer if someone could direct me to a server with a majority of English speakers and what is that server's population like in terms of size?

2. What class is the most newb-friendly? Something I can play and can understand the general function of the game.

3. How is PvP and CS balance? I ask this because this used to be a P2P game and going F2P must cost the company something to keep the profits coming in.

2. Some heavy armor warrior class? They barely require any brain or positioning. Or a tank, they're always needed in parties after 85.

The L2-CS is probably the most balanced I have ever seen in terms of F2P MMO's. They have dabbled a few times in items that were questionable, but not overly so. But it's not like most F2P games where you have to buy in order to play end game. Most of the CS items revolve around costume attire and XP packs.

Sadly, if the OP was to make a toon on Chronos, he would run into a lot of non-english speaking ppl.

You basically need to be 90+ to accomplish much in pvp. And there are many players more equipped, further ahead than you. Good to try and get higher level fast and get in a good clan before pvping, Otherwise you end up getting creamed by 7 players vs you alone.

agreed, too many players are higher,better equipped with a high lvl clan with skills.

If you have good gear a 85 can kill 90+, my tyrr is living proof of that:D
