i'm sieg knight 94 and my cubic (lev 6) do not lift debuff but activate effect (heal and immunity to debuff) only while in not in combat? i checked in pvp with some clanmates making debuff...it's a fix? usefull only to recharge hp in city?
Can't be 100% of what's your problem since it might be the addition of the healing funtion at 94 but my cubic is working fine at 90, will ask around just in case and you should too.
I really hope that is a bug. Because that makes the cubic pretty much useless. It should say in the description 'while not in combat'. It usually does, like with celestial in the old days.
