A GameGuard update is implemented. There are a few known issues that this update brings, that will be fixed in the future:
Windows XP 32-bit unabled to load Internet Explorer 8 pages.
Windows 8 32-bit bluescreen error upload launching Lineage II.
Windows 8 64-bit error 640.
I am glad to see that transfers are back but i would be to be more happy if u FINALLY could get rid of the 3rd party programs users which are slowly destroying the meaning of the wonderful lineage 2 world :( there is nothing planed sace? u guys arent gonna do anything with it?

where the correction of energy seed in SOA? introduce new objects into the game store for real money you do it in the first game to fix bugs and do not rush you, what kind of service for this!
I'm thinking you meant Windows 7, as Windows 8, that buggy iPhone App looking OS isn't released yet to the general public.
No, they mean Windows 8. The whole reason why it's in Dev/Community Preview is so that people can test it, like they're doing, to make sure their software works correctly when it IS released.
Also, I'd call it far from buggy, especially considering it actually isn't and it hasn't even been RTM'd yet.
Lastly, the Metro Design Language has nothing in common with the iOS design language, so that sounds a bit tarded.

Website and account login maintenance is being extended a while longer. The game servers have opened as of over 30 minutes ago and it is possible to login to play.
Website maintenance has been extended further. Current ETA is that it will be online in roughly 20 minutes from now, but this may be extended again if ongoing issues persist.
FYI along with server transfers being delayed by 1 day, the L2 Galleria website is also under extended maintenance during that time. Fortunately, you can purchase the same items and more (except server transfers) from the L2 Store in-game! :) Stay tuned for updates on the extended maintenance for these features.
