Yul Archer Special Ability (Which is best?)

Ok so... I searched forums but was not able to find an answer thus the reason for this thread.

Question: regarding total damage which SA seems better for Yul Archers?

Damage Up or Focus?

Previously damage up was considered superior but I hear that it was "bugged" or something... and that since it was fixed focus is now superior. Anyone have some stats or an updated link that shows the most current damage output?
