Lv.1 Magic Skill
Retrieves the Mark of Weakness, Mark of Plague, and Mark of Trick carved on a target and inflicts damage to that target according to the number of marks retrieved.
Im still trying to figure this out, what exactly does it do...Ive tested it on mobs and it doesnt seem to do anything other than removing the Marks. Can anyone explain this to me please and thank you.
For this skill, you need that the target with at least 1 mark that you've casted (it doesn't work with other summoner marks). You'll hit the target with magic damage once per mark, and every hit can be a magic critical hit. So, if you retrieve 2 marks, you'll see 2 damage output on your log.
To maximize the damage (on pve), you have to use the marks with this order: plague, weakness and trick waiting 3-4s between casts, so when you use retriever all debuffs should have 1s left. For pvp use weakness, plague and trick and then retriever, most classes can cleanse its debuffs now, so use retriever asap if you suspect that the target will cleanse itself.
Saw that in 99th +10 retriever can make rly bad *** damage to few lvl lower players something like 9-10k/ crit.. so if u'r extremely lucky and get 3 mark m crits (~10k dmg)+ retriever 3 mcrits (30k dmg).. ur target is definitely is dead..
In my own experience with 3 mark on with no crits i can make 2-5k dmg to ppl with crits it's ofc 2x more :)
Thanks for the info everyone. I made a macro and tested it out in H3 party lastnight (my first H3 group).....and it was pretty nice damage. Love'n this Wynn. Element on summoner weapon should probably match your racial element, anyway. Your element doesn't transfer to your pets.
Additionally, Mark Retriever only has a chance to retrieve a mark. It almost always retrieves at least one, but with three marks on a target it may just do one and not two or three.
Have noticed this on several occasionals (or maybe hundreds :-P ). Maybe it's a bug, but that's how it's working at the moment.

For each mark on the enemy (excluding void) using retriever you have an increased chance of inflicting damage. This damage can be either normal magical hit or a critical magical hit for each mark that it retrieves. So if the enemy has 3 marks on him and you use the skill retriever, you will instantly inflict 3 magical hits on him and all could fail or land explaining below - >
Retriever's success rate just like any other skill it depends on players' levels, their buffs, stats, items. If you use jewels that increase mental attack power you will most likely always land marks and successfully retrieve them.
Having descent INT and WIT will do the trick. (Of course if you wanna increase your maximum magic damage on someone you need to use a retributer)
Tip from me but you may already do this; Always begin with mark of weakness. Some people use marks randomly.

Element tranfers 100% on the summons as well as in their skills. Tested on my wynn and also read patch notes they explain.
Lol. Sad huh?

Yeah sometimes it will not retrieve all marks, but it is working as intended, it's not a bug or anything.
