To the best of my experience, the usual party uses/asks for BR at stage 1 or 2, stage 5 (the raid that spawns panthers) and the last (Ron) stage, coupled with celestial shield from the Aeore. It might be also useful to kill the large orc (Hornapi) with BR aswell, but the main idea is to avoid using it at a time that hinders Ron usage (such as the two orc raids when the party is capable enough of killing them fast without any BR).
It is kinda relative, you should ask in your party at the beginning when do they want to use BR and adjust according to that. You cant go wrong if you establish at the start when you want to use BR.
First, be sure that your aprty leader is gonna tell you when BR (ornot).
Depending of the DPS of the party i do it in first or second RB
On Weeping Yui ( first) when DPS is high
On Enraged Master Kinen ( second) when DPS is low
On Sir Lesyinda of the Black Shadow (fourth)
On Ron.
With a very low DPS you can also do it at the beggining of Blind Hornafi, it will be reuse for Ron.
Don't listen to other peope in the party, the PL is here to tell you, and if he don't try and learn.

For a low 9x pty you can do it on the one that splits (think that's the second one iirc) and the 4th guy with the summons, and then Ron. If you're doing it with a higher lvl pty, like DDs that are 95/96+, then you probably have to cut out the middle one if you want it rdy for Ron.
WOOT! i just did it this morning with the suggestions of Retri and that was awesome we finish the instances quickly! and i was so lucky i got a uni seraph gaiters and a seraph ring!
