is l2 a fun game?

so i think that games are meant to be fun. but i just can find the fun part in l2.
pvp is dead, spoiling is dead, crafting is dead, pets are dead, bots are alive, coc is hard and unfair cuz 85 vs 95, etc...
where is the fun&relax? what brings u joy in this game?

It depens how you see/play the game. If you see it as dead and only bots everywhere, it will be as one. Others may see it as fun and relaxing. :)

I think it's a very nice game. Not always fun, but almost always a way to keep yourself busy or kill time. Nice blend of action; roleplaying; social interaction; drama; release of stress; teamwork; and economics. Kinda has a bit of everything real life throws at you, all wrapped up into a world where if people anger you, you kill them.

I can't say enough about the in-town bots, as they're the worst I've ever seen them in all my years. The out of town bots never bother me. They do their thing as any other player would, and take your spot etc.. Sure, they're annoying, but not as annoying as a real person that won't shut up after you have a confrontation. I only wish they'd at least flag back so we could get some justice since the PK system is currently not lenient at all to the "part time" pkers. All in all, frustrations aside, I wouldn't even be playing if I didn't enjoy it...If I wanted to do something I didn't like, I'd schedule myself to work doubles every day with no days off. ;)

I never get polls and threads like this. If you don't think its a fun game then you obviously shouldn't be playing it. Yes we all know about the bot situation but people deal with it and I'm sure most still manage to have fun. If you are bugged about it so much then go play something else. Its not like you are paying to play this game.

but now i ll focus on my college, and play less than i used to do before this trully free joke.

the adena amount now is unreal, i cant farm 1.5b for one clean std r95bow i almost cant buy my dyes.

nc should stop these bots events, i drop vent and drop one clan already, because i cant stay online listen talking about 6k event items

If people are playing, it's because they're having fun, no reason needed.

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: Yes, it is a fun game, but your apreciation of the game depends of several, personal, factors.
I like the clan interactions, the fun in playing in parties, in helping new players, in the clan wars and sieges, has a great number of players surely have.
In a more personal side: i like doing quests (L2 has many interesting quests role-related, though the reward is insignificant in 90% of them) and i like (sometimes) to play my main char with only the char selfbuffs and without shots (:D), you only need to find the things that can gave you a fun time in L2 and do not rush in the lemmings race to the high level, remember: enjoy the voyage and do not rush to the destination!

boring due gm are rly lazy they just do nothing about bot, i just make a lot of report with screems and bot still there...

FUN!!

I get to PK players who leave there characters standing in the middle of the road, roads frequented be Reds! I can make hundreds of millions playing the market, fishing by a babbling creek and make post on the forums.

i play l2 on my nintendo... but it can't be that bad...

and the noops are always a plus+ it them pros that annoys me sometimes

I generally hate playing l2, but then again I dislike everything else so.... L2 it is then.

Used to be fun. Damage penality due to lvl and instances ruined the game.

Oh I wish to be back at the days where every spot was occupied by bots. Even them made game more fun than now.
