ISS Element

Which element should I go as "attack" with ISS Enchanter... I'm checking the skills that can be enchanted... and most of them seem to be able to be enchanted to ALL 6 elements, altho, they dont seem to have any enchants when I try to enchant them, Do I understand that for a skill to be enchantable, it has to be the highest level of that skill... example, the last learnable level of the skill "Crippling attack" is at level 98, does that mean that ONLY at level 98 I will be able to enchant the skill "Crippling Attack" to lets say... FIRE... or.. "PVP" ...? Or is it possible to enchant it before that?

And my question basically is because I didn't check ALL skills... is there any skills that you reach the "Max learnable level" BEFORE level 98 ? Like lets say, maybe theres a couple of skills that you can enchant starting level 87... and that maybe you could have options for "LIGHT" for thoses skills, so it would be good to go "LIGHT" (holy) on the weapon in prevision that we will hit harder with thoses skills if we have a weapon of the same element.

So what element should I go?

Also.. I see that the mentee coins can buy u +60 and +150 stones for elements on weapons/armor, I tried many times the +60 and it doesnt seem to ever fail, I just want to be 100% sure that the +60 never fails... also, I want to know what would happen with a +150... Would it only add 150 on a weapon, and on armor it would cap at 60, or would it cap at 120?

I have a last question... I leveled 2 character from 0 to 85... one is a Sigel Knight originally SK and the other ISS originally BD. And with all of this, I only managed through all the free stuff to gather 110 millions adena, with both chars... so now I'm wondering, TW Breastplate costs like 250kk by itself... and I feel like I'm really wasting money spending enchants and elements on items that come from the diplomas, the items are non-tradable and I'll be stuck with them at the end and I wont be able to sell them.
Would it be better if I buy some cheap unidentified Immortal armor piece, and I try to use "Check Item" on them until I find one that is tradable, and then use this one to do +3 / +4 and add 60/60/60 elements on it, so at least when I want to get rid of it (probably at 90) I'll be able to sell it? Or I should focus on trying to get Twilight? Or I should just keep the free stuff and not spend on it until I get 90 and then try to get level 90 stuff? Which would be the best you think?

So in total there is 3 big question in this thread, it would be really nice if all 3 are approached and answered at least partially, thank you for your time.
You go any element that suits your needs (pvp/pve). You don't need to enchant skills for them to be influenced by ur element.
The skill has to be at the highest learn level before you can enchant it. Some skills, like BR, have only 1 lvl and you can enchant them when you learn them.
The attack skills unlock at 98 and 99, and give options for cost, element and pvp (duel). Duel will grant you the biggest damage boost in pvp, and it is what I would advise you to take unless changes are made to the game before you get 98/99.

Elementing your weapon right now should be based upon where you xp. I wouldn't sink much money into bound stuff because the cost to unbind it usually eats most of what you can sell it for. Best thing to do is get an armor set and stick element on it that will protect you in the areas you xp. When you get higher lvl then you need to gear for pvp, and that requires 3x120 each piece, but it's a waste on immo/tw. The wep is fine with 150 for pve because your main goal is to buff/debuff and throw supplemental heals.

I'd try to find some cheap standard immo and just element it as I said above. Try to save as much money as possible because the R95/R99 is where you're going to have to spend much more.

PS- I'll try to post some screen shots of all the enchanter skills later and their enchant options (a lot of the sites are wrong).
