How can we stay in town w/o selling but with a sign edited like sellers but white?? this is new for RMT chars they stay near GK with this white chat box over head, no chat, no sell, no buy but the box stays stucked over their heads! there are things in this game only those chars know! Or can they modify the system folder???? they even can talk to me using my friend chat 1:1 !!! HOW??????? They can chat non stop w/o chat ban!!! they are so overpowered in this game! they are really very smart! Or... I'm wrong?
I think it's the balloon from constant spam, if the text is truly white. Try unchecking the option for seeing balloons over the characters' heads while chatting.
But anyway, most RMT bots don't even use the client and aren't affected by chatbans.

You don't see it because you have those chat's turned off in your chat options. Enable them and your chat box will be filled with adena selling spam. As for how they get away with it, it's easy for them because they are not using the game client at all so they bypass all the client restrictions for chats.
At the moment there is no way to NCWest to stop the spamming since new ones are made moments after they ban them; same as bots.
