what kind of item and what is?

Then, I advice you to read better, or to use the search button

That item is not available on our servers yet. It will be available to us when we get the Echo updates. You will be able to obtain it through one of the Aden Reconstruction boxes when that update goes live for us.

It is also possible we could get them from a future event like the Koreans had.

As for what they do: http://wiki.terragamers.net/index.php?title=Echo_Item_3

Did you need a pic to read better (like little kids need) or you just playing fool?

Well I dunno if i can agree with you. Im on Bartz and I've seen a player with Talisman of Hellfire so either its bugged or its possible to aquire somehow

It's possible to acquire the Talisman of Hellfire without the Kaliel's Energy. Just be lucky

I have at least 1 clan member with a desire talisman (2nd best one to have) and many with hellfire so yeah it's possible

Actually, kaliel's energy doesn't even give you 100% chance to get upper level talisman, it just avoid going back to lower level one if it fails ^^
