Yul and Pinpoint Shot

Hi, i have a question, is true that pinpoint shot half kill chance works better with wizard harmony? a lot of people say this, but i never has seen any test that confirm this

if this was true, why is the reason?

Chance is same, re-use is less.

That's pretty much it.

success rate of the skills depends on the STR as awell as the crit reuse too. The only possitive thing with the wiz harm is the less reuse time, but if the half-kill doesn't land you'll do a lot less dmg.
