returning player...I can't sell my mats!

I remember when spell books became worthless. As far as I was concerned that jump in c4 hurt the player based market. Recently I noticed a more disturbing trend. No mats shops....ANYWHERE.
generally, I grind my *** off and sell my mats at the buy shops or make a private store overnight.

But I have no idea what to do with them now. Auction house I guess?

I don't even see things like VOP or Mithril Alloys and such being sold anywhere. So I'm guessing I have a warehouse full of useless mats?

What do you guys do with all your stuff?

These materials were used to craft items up to S80. These crafts don't occur anymore. People get their gear from Path to Awakening and don't need crafting anymore (maybe they do when leveling up a sub, but usually they buy a ready made weapon from shops). R-grade crafts requires different materials, so your old materials have very low chances to be sold. There is an NPC named Aden reconstruction manager. He takes these old materials (along with 50k adena) and gives you back a treasure chest. Most of them have worthless items, but if you are lucky something good may pop.

If you are on naia feel free to give me syntetic cokes :D

I strongly suggest you to keep in safe those mats/keys/rec, cuz from the new update "Tauti" coming on octber (maybe) the npcs will sell all the required rec/keys for s/s80 crafts (even vorpal and elegia).

So, since vorpal/elegia/vesper are still usefull for some awaken classes, you can sell it at good price.

Hope that these great addition make the market more friendly.

fixed.

afaik elegia is still uncraftable, and is no longer obtainable unless you had a set before GoD. can't say for the top s84 weapons, never really looked into them.

Ok so keep them...

I don't understand why they threw crafting away like they did.

I always thought it was aessential to Lineage2 gameplay.

and made it special part of its flavored style.

You return to new game. Lineage 2 is not the same.
Follow AndreasK reply, is the best you can do.
