Frintezza Entering Error

hi guys..
When i'm entering to frintezza it gives me crit error and while party won't go till frintezzas room it gives me error and after it's ok i'm enter and teleport to frintezza with cube..wtf to do ? only i have crit error that i see nobody from party

Many people get that error. The cause is unknown. Just try to use low graphics when entering.

i tried with low graphics with half window but it's not help :(

Happened to me too, when I tried low detail and zoomed in completely so that I only saw my own butt it worked.

My wild guess is that since the first room leads to tons of texture loads (lots of awakened characters with skill animations, swarms of monsters coming from the walls, etc), this overstress the graphic card, leading to the client shutting down by itself.
