In the last room, do you lower Boss HP to 60-50% ?
Do you get the cinematic ?
When you talk to the small towers, does the windows pop up ?
Can you click on the link ?
Is the small tower still there after clicking on the link ?
Did you try killing the boss fully ?

w8! you are doing if I understood the quest at lvl 85
after kill the boss you must talk with a kind of statue which is in the wall in front of you ; it will give you the quest item
