...my absolute last game card and I just spent my last dime on this game.
Thank you for the free servers, in all honesty, free is exactly what they deserve to be. I just tried to have a relaxing leveling session on a sub in silent valley on Magmeld and found myself in the midst of frustration and aggravation. I have to deal with nonsense at my job, I have to deal with nonsense in my family, hell...I even have to deal with nonsense from my dog, but I'll be dipped if I'm going to deal with nonsense in my recreation and then pay for the disappointment as well.
I kept spending money on NCCoin because I believed that as long as the company made money, the servers would stay open and, to be honest, this has been an interesting outlet for me. However, I find that I can no longer justify and/or be concerned about the future of a company that apparently isn't concerned about itself. So, I'm here until the doors close, but I can't be a part of funding this abomination of abysmal customer support and service.
Your ever devoted fan (although no longer a financial supporter),
You have just expressed what I've been feeling about this game these last months since it went F2P....a nice idea with a bad management
I couldn't say better
Having fun and/or relaxing here is not the same it used to be
Try out Innova. They have some different problems there, but they actually ban bots and other cheaters. You'll need BattlePing if you're not already in Europe. Definitely significantly better there than here. I left these servers last week, and haven't looked back. :)

Nah, I started here in open beta and I'll be the with that group of guys that'll be sitting on the deck playing a gentle dirge as the S.S. NCSoft West (after that mountainous iceberg of incompetence has finished ripping through it's once mighty stature) slowly, yet inexorably sinks beneath the dark waves of gaming history.
