Why? That's what this forum is for. If you want a chat feature make a suggestion
I doubt you will get many people to join, and if you do it will just become another flame/spam area similiar to how the the in game chat is now. :)
speaking of spam, you 2 account for 50% of it on this forum. I wonder if there is a way they can throttle that .....
Nope, it is open to anybody who registered an account and unless a rule is broken not much can be done and I doubt your assumption of 50% is even close to accurate.

Please guy stay on topic, I think there might be some people who would enjoy the idea of "Direct chat" with other people of the lineage 2 community, even if its currently not regulated by Lineage 2 staff, I think the idea has it's stand and I would want to see it happenning, for now I will simply support the creator of the channel by joining it's IRC Chat channel and idle there, and take parts in conversations if they happen on that room. Please support us and join, there cannot be a lack of conversation when I'm active in a room, as the poeple that have been in my clan/alliances, they know ! :)
