npcs just went down on chronus server while doing fortuna instance bosses didnt appear and we got kicked out, didnt saw any announcement about it, im sure im not the only one that was doing instance, server goes down everyday now and players have to live with it cause we dont get answers or whatever......more 1 instance that we lost
Happened to me during Fortuna as well. My party got kicked out and we got reuse time. We were not the only ones since around the entrance NPC people were swearing at NC.
Seriously stop calling people whiner's or cryiers when they type on the forum.
I just don't get it...is this Twitter? If it is, I'm soooo sorry. As soon as the NPCs went down, my 1st thought wasn't to login to the forums as fast as I possibly could, so I could report it...hopefully gather up some sympathy...maybe lead into whining for some more "compensation"...bunch of babies I'm sorry. I wasn't having the best of days yesterday, so seeing more pathetic whining in a discussion forum for a 5 minute freaking event, just struck me as disgusted. I'll keep future comments like that to myself, but keep in mind I'm still thinking it. Oh, and I just stubbed my toe, so I'll need to find the "learn how to walk properly" forum and post some whining there! Maybe they'll give me some compensation. Sh** happens people, suck it up. Gm's are not in the game enough to know if the server npc goes down, pretty sure going to the forums to tell that the npc are going down is not whining or crying.If you would have read others have reported it also, making it a suitable topic for the forums. People that say stop crying are not helping and bring the topic down feeding possible trolls later. Like you just did with the sarcasm. Stay on topic. NPC's down in a game is not a minor problem, it make the game hard to play or for some impossible, hense why people will state npc's are down.
GMs aren't even in the forums, so? The best course of action would have been opening a support ticket, crossing fingers and waiting.
This might work too, but there are people like Sace and Juji that can relay a message faster than a support ticket. And game forums are supposed to be used when it's not a game bug that effected game play, the NPC's going down are at Nc's end just like servers going down in general.
Yeah, but what I wanted to convey is that Sace and Juji are not GMs, even if they can throw a message to the GM team if something is wrong. But what if Sace or Juji aren't here patrolling the boards? Too many "ifs", if you ask me, but NC's work plan is a mystery, save for some facts:
-Sace and Juji are responsible for the community (forums) only
-GMs live in another dimension
-On weekends nobody populates the offices
-Support tickets are always answered by a bot before a GM actually reads them
-Updates are always bound to bring new unpredictable bugs (and that's the funniest part)

If you believe what you are saying the the Lineage2 forums would be completely useless. And Juji has a different job than Sace, and if you look you will see one is online right now.
Well, not completely useless. They serve the main purpose of making players communicate with other players and Community Managers give announcements to players. That's what I feel.

I found it pointless and stated what anyone in game at that time already knew. Simply a public cry out for attention and sympathy....some people need drama in their lives. dude do u know me from anywhere? you dont, so dont talk about me but about the game, btw i dont need any reward for anything cause i can get my things alone, and if u read all posts that pple did here you are the only one that is being dramathic, this is a game and i play it so there is nothing wrong to say if npcs are down or something thats wrong so they can fix it.
anyway think twice before u post something because pple dont like to read useless stuff, it makes them lose their time.
