would someone tell me please if these skills will get fixed?
because at first (before harmony update) these skills had 1200, 1000 power
thats good for a skill with 5 sec of casting (doesnt matter if u have 1999 casting)
and now the skills have 120 power, 5 sec casting time, and make 0 damage because of the fear effect, wich most of the mobs and players resist
both skill have atleast 1200 power they deal way more damage than elemental destruct but they have high fail rate even with 126 int and you can't enchant the skill success chance even if you are 99.
all the other classes get imba skills at 95 97 99
and we get this useless 5 sec skill that fail all the time xD
2 destruction can be casted at the same time and make higher dmg

just a lol skill like the "star" of the tyrs
Or the star of the Mystic Muse class.
Starfall never seemed to do the damage it was purported to be able to do.
