Guess it would depend if you have a Stone of Destiny or whether you you used the Class Change from Account Services. SoD allows you to pick a different class upon awakening, whereas the CC service allows you to reawaken as a totally different class changing as described in the service.
Anything that isn't a tank class before awakening into Sigel gets set of Phoenix Knight skills, then you can learn awakened tank skills and lose corresponding 3rd class skills. PK doesnt rly have any skills worth keeping imho (from thoose he is left with after awakening)
You will keep your race stats (str, con, and so on ...) and race skills.
