Aeore Healer Res question?

Hello fellow Aeore players, I've got some questions about old/new Res

I've heard that WIT affects whether the res is 100% or not, and I've seen labys post on the chart. Does that ONLY affect Awakening Aeore Res? or does that apply to Old res and is a new system to the it.


Like If i go Human Cardinal for mass res, will i be able to 100% res?

100% res pre-awakening is not possible. And afaik you can't reach 100% rez via the old Cardi Mass Rez also when you are awakened.
Tho maybe with all the Powershirts+Talisman stuff + WIT Dyes it "could" work.
