If you're not going to enchant yourself I'd just keep them in the WH until the supply of these things dries up a little, prices of them seem to be falling atm.
check the museum stats for who has +15 weapons and check their amount of enchant attempts to get an idea of how well this goes..
reality is that there are not that many +15 R/R95/R99 weapons on the server as ppl tend to think.. remember R grade weapons color turns red/golden after +12..
