I have been going to Bloody swamp, the xp is good but if have to use alot of skills. Is there a spot with week m-def moobs, Im new and not sure about maybe older spots.

Nope.
The mobs in Bloody Swamp are not specifically resistant to magic attacks but resistant to elemental attacks which of course really screws over mages hard as crystals are very rare and cost a pretty penny.
And the xp isn't even that good from Swamp outside of the quest. For xping I would just try to get into a K85 every day.
