to early to judge and thats for all classes btw as 1. terrawiki stuff isn't complete and 2. more balancing changes per class type are coming so this is all preliminary..
also it's either phoenix (pdef/mdef party buf trigger) or shilien (patt/matt party buf trigger) knight from a PvP end game point of view..
the Hell Knight passive/active skills are not good enough compared to that of the Shilien and the Eva Templar is just plain weak from a PvP point of view as for that you have healers..
Btw i dont know if there is any info on this or something has already being posted regarding it, but if some1 is for example a human tank and we indeed get the chance to choose the tank class we want like i choose to be dark elf tank will the skin change also?
Or it will remain human skin with dark elf skills and stats?
Guys, look my situation: I Wanna dual class a sigel knight. I'm human, othell rogue, I Check this new infos about lindvior update and well, happy with the changes, sounds fair and cool for my dagger class, but now I'm killing myself thinking in what tanker to create for my sub.
What class should I to go for it?
- Phoenix will take shild def rate, and def "chance" skills, also sacrifice... And he have good con (shield def rate is based in con now) and nice str. But now sounds like too much defensive and his cube will be nerfed. I'm not the type of person that enjoy heal other people (my girlfriend will dual healer, elven elder).
- Hell knight: Boost dark phanter (cool, how much boosted? this summon will eat my xp?), p.atk chance skill, drain, same con and str than Phoenix. With same con than phoenix will have one decent shield def rate.
-Eva's Templar : Same con than humans now and passive for def rate, nice dex for critical and moviment speed, but LAME str. Also auto heal mp and hp cubes(what is nice once ur mp over in some "epic batles" inside events or whatever).
Shilen's Templar: Lame con and no shield def rate passive, that make the worse tanker in def therms, but the best for dmg(cool dex, cool str), well, once u are tanker ur priority should be protect the pt too, I think this turned him too much fragile, too much kamikase, his debuffs won't balance his lame hp and def rate.
One super mega blaster question is:
If I pick eva's templar... well, my human racial skills will remain? (Unbind, Aim, Mental fortress, Fitness) Or I will be "forced" to use the racial elf skills?

u'll keep the race stats & racial skills of your main class

Con/dex/str stays with whatever your char looks like, your Human, then your dualsub even if its an Dark elf dude will have Human stats once you awakening. in Linvior we get new options to pick for raciel skills, everyone is gona become an Orc cuz everyone wants Savage raciel Skill >_< i am not Unique anymore when that happens .....
In Lindvior apparently racial skills get turned into 'choices' for passive skills. You'll get to choose between 2 of the former racial skills. Disparition+Savage? :rolleyes:

await to be flamed alot by your healers >_> they spam panic heal on you when you get to 30% and undying will proced. UW = cant be healed, only with Balance heal ;P
depending how tanks decide to play its between disparation+ UW or Uw+Savage or Disparation+savage
dont forget to look at the negative bonuses of savage, for some classes these debuff effects are selfkill, suicide assistend skill xD. wouldnt be to smart to take it as Feoh i am sure
still incomplete cause it's missing the % of how much the new skills add for example on pdef/mdef per learning lvl and it also suggest they're the same for phoenix/elven tank when they're not..
