Hello everyone, in GOD there's no such powerful sub-class certificates like in old days, but I wonder about one: Sub - MP Consumption Re-use Time Decrease,on description it's written that it decreases by 1% so I wonder if it's worth to learn or not? Maybe someone learned it and can say how much time skills are reused faster at max lvl?
Well then it makes no sense,to learn it,but then one people told me that his skills got reused by -3sec less it made me to think, maybe this description is bugged or smth..
