Iss enchanter questions

Does light elf/Dark elf iss enchanters have much of a diffrence?

i was going to go dark elf but the way they run is horrible o_o...

and how do people dual sword? i tried to do it but it wouldnt work Q_Q

and does iss use p.atk swords or m.atk ones o-o

Basically racial skills.

For dual swords, you need a couple swords and a dual sword craft stamp. Check at the blacksmith to see what weapons you need to stamp together.

Iss are fighters, so they use warrior weapons.
