I gladly help with some specific Questions. But have you bothered to read all the topics in the Healer section? Cos there are a lot of your Questions already answered a few times.
For solo PvE you have 4 nukes (non-elemental, even though they're called "Dark-something"), 2 single target and 2 AoE. Dark Force has the additional effect to push back monsters and opponents with a chance of success (push back is a debuff).
Use your Lumi summon to tank, Mark of Lumi to debuff the monster, then nuke it down.
how affective wud u say the solo pve is on a awakened healer?
i want to role my class to a healer also, but i also want to be able to pve nicely when no partys are around
Healer is a very versatile class since they awakened. If you kill mobs one by one...u are prolly gonna be killing slower than any class out there. But if you do it correctly, you can be the fastest killing in term of survivablility and time. If you wanna be a soloing exp machine as a healer, you need to do AOEs. In my experience, at lvl 85-89 den of evil and swampland are best places for u to AOE. 90-95, it's fairy and isle of souls. at 95+, its good at seal of shilien.
Key to solo pve for AOE as healer is u need magic robe set with full attribute, good mage weapon with attribute, and iss buff. You wanna get as much matk as you can. The way how i solo is use the summon Lumi to grab 10-30 mobs..depending on ur expertise at AOEing. Since Lumi has range attack now..it's easier to make train compare to before. The cooldown for your AOEs and dark viel has been decreased which is advantage for you as well. Grab the 10-30 mobs using pet Lumi...and gather them..when u're ready to kill..pop celestial and spam AOEs...you'll need to do some healing and run in small circles once celes is out till the mobs are dead or reduced. It takes practice., increase the number of mobs as you are more use to it.
If you able to do well in AOE solo, then yea...healer solo pve exp is not as slow anymore...it's prolly faster than most classes out there who kill one by one or few mobs per their use of AOE skills.
Though the bottom line is, its better to play in parties cause exp wise, it way faster in party.
For pve:
1. Open party matching.
2. Get bombarded with room invitations.
3a. Find a good party to join. This one can be trickier than you think.
3b. If you found a good party, /friendinvite some ppl that you think played their classes good, maybe block a few that dont seem to know what they are doing. Will help if you ever make parties on your own.

Celestial has quite a cooldown, lasts only ten seconds. If you're gonna do it that way you mind as well just chain pull with celestial and pop a tree of life once the MOBs get to you.
Any other class with decent AoE potential will still out-XP that, anyways, especially a wizard, since they hit significantly harder and won't have to worry about healing themselves.
Best way to XP fast on a healer is what Smittie said: Don't suck and make friends.
Popping a tree is the biggest mistake cause it completely turns the mobs' aggro on you, Lumi can still keep some mobs away from you. Celes only last 10 secs and yes I'm aware of that, but I forgot to add that healers now have superior inquisitor which makes it a big boost in damage on top of a good weapon. By the time celes is done, about 50% or more of the mobs I grabbed has already. I'm now lvl 97 and easily train 30 mobs in SoS. I gather them all once to a place, feohs and yuls and other classes won't be able to survive 20-30 mobs in a single train unless it's an add on train of average constant 5-6 mobs in the train. Mobs in SoS have chain pulls and disarms..brillant purge is quite useful on top of celes and mass Sleep to kill 6-7 mobs in the 30 secs to reduce the train too. I usually finishes my SoS in about 10-15 minutes with 6-7 trains. I'm only suggesting a faster method to answer the OP of solo pve as a healer and to address the point that Healers are not slow at pve. It takes practice. When I do the SoS quest, it's faster in the 10-15 minutes than in a party cause that can go on to 30min to 1 hour.
What's this thing about tree aggroing mobs? I never had that issue.
I keep hearing that around...
Are you referring to my post? Hope not cause I never said the tree aggros. I'm just saying that if you switch from lumi to tree after pulling a train then the mobs' agrro will turn to you.

The way you wrote it the first time was quite confusing. Thanks for clarifying what you really meant to say.
Btw, it's a notorious urban legend the fact that popping the tree in SoA draws aggro on the healer...
Well, I havent used my nukes on healer recently, but before the aoes used to decrease aggro on you, making anything else in party with you get the aggro, aka your pet, or a boxed buffer.
I dont solo on my healer though, dont see a point to it, since all parties need healers.
PVE: Progressive heal, fairy of life in tank/any character that takes agro, balance heal, purge, brilliant purge, single celestial and party celestial! Keep sustain on the tank or anybody taking considerable damage just for the extra healing power boost/hp regen also you can crit sustain restoring a nice amount of hp!
Also smartly use skills such as giant favor, mass sleep and crystal regeneration if the mobs agro on to yourself!
Basically you shouldn't ever really die in pve unless your pulling huge trains in somewhere like orbis!
PVP: Panic heal, group heal, progressive heal and balance heal along with celestials, giants favor, crystal regeneration etc! Sustain should be kept up on anyone your healing can be the difference of dying/staying alive! Fairy of life on the dd's as they will be the focus in pvp!
As for soloing I have no idea why you want to solo it's incredibly slow exp compared to a party!
y, healer is able to pve decently atm, but like @arang2 said, if you going to solo target kill, you'r doing it wrong. AoE or go to parties.
Fairies, SoS and SH2 are best spot to solo as healer, doing massive aoes. For such things like doing quests, you'r done with them more faster than in party, period. then why bother?
