At $50 a pop, that's hardly pay to win lol. Sure you can spend $650 to attempt to go from +3 to +16. But you could have terrible luck and stop at +6.
But thats cool if you make over 7 digits a year and want to spend your money on Lineage 2 items. Let them, doesn't mean they will be very good.
